STEP 1: Download WeChat
Download WeChat from app store.
STEP 2: Scan SK’s QR Code
In WeChat, go to [Discover] and select [Scan]. Scan SK’s WeChat app QR Code. Tap on the [Membership] message.
STEP 3: Register
Fill in the form with your details. Tap [Register].
STEP 4: View Profile
View your membership tier benefits & vouchers under your profile.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Points will remain valid for 12 months from date of purchase, after which points will expire.
• Each item needs to be a minimum of RM300 to be eligible to accumulate points.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and will not be reimbursed in the case of exchanges or refunds.
• Birthday voucher is only applicable with Single Item Min value of RM800.
• Voucher expiration dates apply. Once expired, they cannot be re-issued.

How do I upgrade my membership tier?
Become a FRIEND by following us on WeChat! You will be upgraded to GEM tier upon purchase of any amount.
Become a GOLD tier member by spending RM25,000 on White Gold jewellery OR RM50,000 on Yellow Gold jewellery (or a mix of both) within 2 years.
Become a DIAMOND tier member by spending RM50,000 on White Gold jewellery OR RM100,000 on Yellow Gold jewellery (or a mix of both) within 2 years.
Please note that membership tier will be automatically downgraded, if the purchased value falls short within the recent 2 years.
Does Membership Tier Expire?
Please note that membership tier will be automatically downgraded, if purchases within the recent 2 years fall short of the tier’s spend requirements.
It will be automatically upgraded with sufficient value spend.
What can points be used for?
You may use points to redeem amazing rewards!
Available rewards can be viewed under [Points] in your profile.
Click [Redeem Now] to redeem your desired gift. Points will be deducted from your balance accordingly.
Where can I check my points balance?
In the WeChat conversation with SK JEWELLERY MY, tap [Membership].
In the profile header, your points will be stated.
When do my points expire?
Points will expire after 2 years. To know when your points are about to expire:
-In the WeChat conversation with SK JEWELLERY MY, tap [Membership].
-In the profile header, tap on [Points].
-The date of expiry for your points will be indicated.
Do I get points with my online purchase?
Both in-store and online purchases earn points, but vouchers and gifts are currently only redeemable at stores.
